Duties:

 

• Conducting intensive and follow-up school inspection to ensure effective teaching and learning.

• Conducting specific assessment test.

• Writing of reports on inspection and test.

• Organizing In-Service Training (INSET) for employees.

• Marking and analyzing results of assessment test.

• Monitoring the Circuit Supervisors to perform their roles effectively to improve teaching and learning.

• Organizing District Teachers' Support Services to ensure effective and efficient teaching of difficult topics.
